Approval process information consists of identifying information related to the process. This must include a unique name for the process, and can include additional optional information such as:
- ID - A unique identifying number automatically assigned when a new approval process is created and saved.
- Assigned Managers - Users assigned to manage the approval process. By default, the user who creates the approval process is assigned as a manager. Additional users can be added as managers.
- Notes - A blank field for adding related notes and information to the approval process.
- Due Date and Time - The date and time by which the approval process must be completed.
- Job Assignment - The job that the approval process is assigned to. This is optional.
- Customer Assignment - The customer the approval process is assigned to. If the approval process is assigned to a job, the customer for the job will automatically be assigned here.
