Creating Workflow Templates in Job Manager

  1. Select Job Workflow Templates under the Administration tab. This will open the Job Workflow Templates page.
  2. Click New Job Workflow Template. This will open the Add Job Workflow Template page.
  3. Click the Cost Center Selector button ( ) at the right of the first row. A selectable Cost Center List will appear.
  4. Select the cost center you want to add. The list will close and the Cost Center will be added to the Job Workflow Template.
  5. Continue adding Cost Centers using the method described above until you have added them all to the Job Workflow Template.
    NOTE: Adding the same cost center multiple times allows the job to encounter the same cost center multiple times in the production cycle. Circular workflow are currently not permitted within the Job Manager system.
  6. OPTIONAL: To add additional blank rows to the Job Workflow Template, click More Items ( ). Four more additional blank rows will be added to the Job Workflow Template.
  7. OPTIONAL: To remove blank rows from the Job Workflow Template, click Compact Items ( ).
  8. OPTIONAL: To move cost centers up and down in the Job Workflow Template list, use the Up ( ) and Down ( ) arrows.
  9. OPTIONAL: To delete a cost center from the list, select the cost center row and click Delete ( ).
  10. Click Add ( ) when finished. The Job Workflow Template will be added to the database and will be available for use in the system.
